I began my Seed World series in the woods. I let my hand be guided by sounds and the movements of light and wind. Sometimes I would find an object to observe and begin to draw it abstractly, and then flow back into the sensuous world to adorn the surrounding space on the page. The creation of this series has been a mysterious communion between myself and my perception of the language of nature.
