Ayana Lowe, vocals is a New York City based jazz and blues singer. Ayana and her band held down the house at the 55 Bar on Christopher Street, NYC for almost two decades“Ayana has one of the most beautiful instruments I’ve ever heard.” Brian Delp WBGO JAZZ RADIO
David Lowe, keyboard began his musical journey in Yonkers studying classical piano. He is currently a resident of Delaware and formed a multi-genre duo act known as,”Positive Connection”
Golda Solomon, First Poet Laureate, Yonkers N.Y. , Poet-in-Residence BDAC. Solomon combines her love of jazz with her craft of poetry. She created Po’Jazz and is a founding member the Jazz & Poetry Choir Collective. Check her out on bluedoorartcenter.org.
Christopher Dean Sullivan, jazz griot/bass is a regular at Blue Door Art Center. He is music director or Po’Jazz and member of the Jazz & Poetry Choir Collective
