First Poet Laureate of Yonkers, Golda Solomon has been at the forefront of the genre that started with the “Poets of the Beat Generation”. Solomon presents these poetry playdates with jazz, improvisationly with musicians who have a sensitivity and appreciation of poetry and the spoken word. Poets and Musicians from the Tri-states will be included in the series. Scheduled guests: Michael A. Thompson, Christopher Dean Sullivan, Ayana Lowe, Patricia Nicholson.
