Join clay artist, Vicky Youngman, for an online children's workshop making salt dough masks, Saturday, October 3, 10 -11am. We will make the salt dough and then, make and decorate the masks. Ages 5 - 12. This will be an online workshop via Zoom, please do not come to the gallery. Sponsored in part by ArtsWestchester and the Westchester County Government. Supplies Needed:
1/2 cup table salt
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup white flour
bowl and spoon to mix ingredients
non stick surface to work on, such as a wooden cutting board
plastic knife, tooth pick
chop stick or something to impress marks in dough for decoration
Optional:
small watercolor set, paint brush and water to decorate your mask
