Some would say that having children is a blessing, that it gives us a glow, and being pregnant is one of the easiest things we can do as women. Me being a mother myself I agree but it most certainly isn't easy. They tell you of the hardships after the baby but no one speaks of the pain and changes we go through from conception all the way to giving birth. So in this piece I wanted to portray the beauty and pain of bearing a child.
