The news is out. Fiber Art has been “mainstream art’ for centuries where the needle and shuttle were tools of choice along with brush and pen. During the 20th and 21st Centuries, the art/craft/art movement has exploded, holding the work of the hand in reverence.

Guest Curator, Arlé Sklar-Weinstein is preparing a showcase to honor those artists of hand work whose art incorporates / experiments with thread, fiber, cloth, yarn, cord, string, straw, paper, felt, with or without stitching.
