Blue Door Art Center, The Friends of Philipse Manor Hall and the Yonkers Historical Society are presenting Hidden Yonkers, an exhibition in four Yonkers venues.

• Sherwood House, 340 Tuckahoe Road – Historical photos
• Yonkers Riverfront Library, 1 Larkin Plaza – Contemporary photography and art
We will be showing the ordinarily unseen and overlooked parts of the City of Yonkers as well as historical photographs. This multi-site exhibition will include photography, painting and sculpture and will run from September 12th to October 10th, 2015. An opening reception will take place at Blue Door Gallery on September 12th from 2 to 5pm and will coincide with Yonkers Riverfest. Also planned is a series of art and poetry workshops, Cinema screenings and other activities to complement the exhibition. The exhibit will run through Saturday, October 10th.
