The drum kit is made from cans and bottle caps that I saw as becoming more than a landfill and more like music. When a piece of tin, aluminum or metal falls onto a surface, each create different sounds, just like the high hat, snare, bass drum or tom tom in a drum set. I added a 45 adapter and old postcards I found. An old frame surrounds the base which sits on a piece of glass I found. The artwork is also affixed to a 1/4" custom made acrylic base and 1/4" plexiglass case to protect it from the elements.
