Aztec Amber Totem' platter - Amy Reisner

South West Pattern Bar Platter
This gorgeous colored Amber Bullseye Glass is offset with Turquoise, Black, Gray, White and Amber pattern bars that were layered together in a dam for a flow design. These pattern bars were then sawed by me during cold-working into 6" blocks and then sawed in half. The opening of each block is like that of a butterfly which catches your breath due to the literal and figurative transformation quality. This platter looks beautiful as a display piece on a table or wall, but is equally beautiful to use as a functional serving platter for special gatherings.
